Choosing the right t-shirt printing method is mostly a question of quantity and design, and we run all three at our Ashford workshop. Screen printing is the classic choice for 20 or more shirts: bold, vibrant colour, up to six spot colours per design, front, back and sleeve positions, and excellent wash durability, with the cost per shirt falling as the run grows because the setup is done once. DTF, or direct-to-film, printing has no minimum at all and reproduces detailed full-colour artwork and photographs on light or dark garments with a soft, flexible feel, which makes it the answer for a single shirt or a small batch. Vinyl heat transfer gives crisp, sharp edges on names, numbers and simple logos, in a wide range of vinyl colours and finishes, and holds up through repeated washing.
We source quality t-shirts, polo shirts and hoodies from trusted suppliers in a range of colours and sizes, or you can bring in your own garments for printing, provided they are clean, unworn and made from a fabric that suits the method you choose.
